My Best Friend Holly Patricia told me this song reminds her of me.

This was in 2008-9 .

And before I was diagnosed Bipolar 1. Manic depressive.

I was not diagnosed until 2017.

When I turned 27.

27, is the onset for women to be Diagnosed or avg age .

Bipolar does not run in my genes, however due to childhood trauma at age 9, it induced with PTSD into manic depressive -

And into suicide ideations,

Thank God for Psych Meds!

Everyone I know that has talked or been with me, knows I am night and day.

Like a whole new Amber.

Ember is the bipolar bitch.

The flame you can’t put out,

she wants to burn 🔥 .

But, I got a new Light

💡 with

God’s Guidance and

protection.
